About the Project
1. PEU À PEU, as a sports band, is owned by JNBY Group. Starting with the concept of “sports”, the interior design utilizes the basic features of it, presenting interactions of “sports and people” and “sports and food” in different structures.
2. The detachable assembled racking system what divided space into different spatial regions. Inspired by the contemporary Pop artist Jeff Koons balloon series, the specular reflection ball installation reflects changes in the surrounding environment during the movement.
3. Sponge, sphere, structural column, the designers use straps to combine these three objects of completely different materials. It returns to the original concept: free binding &Interaction, which also creates another focus in the space. Besides, the designers leave blank in ceiling, wall and floor to make it like white space in the painting.
What’s unique about it
1. The space is inspired by the interaction of sports field: Bundle extrusion and Stretch release. Strong plasticity with elastic force, array and sense of order in machine and a movable vision installation are used to reflect space.
2. Inspired by the contemporary Pop artist Jeff Koons balloon series, the specular reflection ball installation reflects changes in the surrounding environment during the movement.
3. Integration of objects in different forms returns to the original concept: free binding & Interaction, which also creates another focus in the space.
